The cooktop features five sealed gas burners including a 17,000 BTU quick boil burner and a low-simmer burner, so you can have precise temperature control with high and low heat. Ready-select control knobs allow you to easily select options and cooking temperatures. Even Baking technology ensures that food comes out evenly, while the pre-heat, delay cook and delay clean options let you do things on your schedule.
