RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing KP Direct as your product finishes supplier. To begin the return process simply complete the online return form for assistance with:

  • Return authorization

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Short Shipped

KP Direct, LLC accepts returned products in its original packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Damaged items and/or short-shipped orders must be reported to KP Direct, LLC. within three business days of receipt. To speed up your processing time, quicker credit and tracking information, please complete the online return form or contact customer service at 877-977-7962 for assistance. Our representative will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to include on the returned package and an expected time for your package pickup.

Step 1
 

Online: Complete the online return form. Your return will be processed within 24 business hours. To verify if your items are eligible for return, please call Customer Service at 877-977-7962.

Phone: Or call 877-977-7962 and provide the reason for your return, part number, and order number. Our Customer Service representative will validate that the item(s) you wish to return are eligible for return and issue an RGA.

Step 2
 

Once your return is processed, you will get an RGA number. Write the RGA number on a label and put it on the package to be returned. If the package came from a third-party carrier, a return shipping label will be issued or a pickup scheduled for all returnable products. Place the return label over the original shipping label and reseal the box. (Please retain the tracking information from your return label for future reference).

Step 3
 

Return the package with the KP Direct, LLC issued RGA number and return label to the driver.

 

 

IMPORTANT: Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized orders like "made-to-order" and fabricated items

  • Extended inventory items or "overstock"

  • Hazardous materials

  • Goods shipped outside of the United States of America

  • Special orders not shown in our catalogs and volume buys

  • Warranty items

APPLIANCE RETURN POLICY TIMEFRAME:
 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

  • Visible Damage – Claim must be filed within 48 hours

  • Concealed Damage – Claim must be filed within 90 days
     

OTHER RETURNS
 

  • Wrong Product Received – must file a claim within 10 days 

  • Good Product Return – ordered and shipped correctly, but not needed - must file a claim within 10 days

 

An Electrolux third-party transportation vendor will contact you within 7 days of RMA issuance to arrange the pickup of appliance products.
